Privacy notice
This is the English summary of our Turkish privacy notice, prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish text prevails. Last updated 21 September 2026.

2. What this website collects
hisartuning.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and all files are served from this site's own address; opening a page sends no data to third parties. There is no sign-up, form or payment on the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process connection data (IP address, request time) for its own security purposes. The WhatsApp and call buttons hand you over to the app on your own device; from then on WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) privacy rules apply.
3. What we process when you contact us
- Identity and contact: your name, phone number, e-mail if given.
- Vehicle data: make, model, engine, plate, VIN, ECU details, mileage.
- Software files: the original read from the control unit and other technical data you send. These files may contain vehicle identifiers such as the VIN.
- Job records: work done, date, amount, invoice details.
4. Purposes and legal basis
To answer your request, quote and enter into the contract; to do the work, keep the original file for restoring it, and handle revisions; to issue invoices and keep records required by tax law; to protect our rights in a dispute. No marketing processing; no campaign messages without your consent.
5. Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except: our accountant and the tax authority for invoicing; public authorities on a lawful request; WhatsApp message content sits on Meta Platforms servers because that is the channel you chose. When files are processed with third-party tuning software providers, only the technical file is sent, never your identity.
6. Retention
Invoices and job records 5 years (tax law); original software files 5 years so we can restore them on request; messages that never turn into a job at most 1 year.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to automated decisions and claim damages. Write to the address above or to +90 539 483 06 54 on WhatsApp with enough detail to verify your identity. We answer within 30 days, free of charge. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
